Franchise fee €50,000 + startup investment from €200,000 (depends on city and space). Total investment: €250,000+. Includes renovation, equipment, training and initial marketing campaign.
What is the payback period?
Average payback period is 18-24 months depending on the city, location and operational efficiency. In metropolitan areas, payback can be faster due to higher customer flow.
What is the royalty structure?
Monthly royalty 6% of revenue + 2% contribution to marketing fund. No hidden fees. First 3 months of operation are royalty-free for smooth start.
Is financing available?
Yes. We help prepare business plans for banks. We have partnerships with several financial institutions that offer favorable terms for our network. Usually it's possible to obtain up to 60-70% of total investment.
What are the ongoing costs?
Besides royalties: rent, staff wages (4-6 people), procedure products, utilities, marketing. Average monthly costs: €15,000-25,000 depending on branch size.
Opening & Support
What support is provided?
Comprehensive support: location selection, project design, equipment delivery, staff training (2 weeks), CRM system, marketing materials, 24/7 tech support. Personal franchise manager throughout the partnership.
How long does it take to launch?
From contract signing to opening: average 6 months. Includes: 1 week - meeting, 2 weeks - financial model, 1 month - location selection, 1 week - contract, 3-4 months - renovation and equipment, 2 weeks - training.
Do I need business experience?
Not necessary. We provide complete training and operational manuals. What's more important is motivation, customer focus and willingness to learn. Many successful franchisees started without experience in the wellness industry.
What are the location requirements?
